Shipping Policy
- Our products are carefully packaged and securely wrapped in bubble wrap. They will be shipped in carton boxes.
- We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping to customers who live in Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Orders within these provinces will be processed promptly and delivered within 1-2 weeks.
- For our international customers, we provide shipping options based on your location.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
- Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email and another email with your tracking information once shipped. You can use this information to track the delivery status of your package.
- We will primarily be shipping out products with Canada Post.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Olga Oresanya Art. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within two weeks of the product's delivery date.
